If the registration is done as “STUDENT” it is necessary also to provide a signed letter from the educational Institution certifying this status.

The fees are VAT inclusive

For each accepted paper at least one author must have completed the conference registration (including payment) by September 15th, 2016. In the case an author has more than one paper accepted, his/her registration accounts only for one paper: different authors must register for the other papers.

After September 15th, 2016, papers without a registered author will not appear in the proceedings.
