Deadline and registration fees

We hope the conference can be held traditionally (in presence, as usual). In any case, we will grant the possibility to attend the conference virtually. At the beginning of September we will evaluate if we need to switch totally online. The table below shows two different sets of fees, for who intends to partecipate phisically in precence or only online.

The fees are VAT inclusive

For each accepted paper at least one author must have completed the conference registration (including payment) by September 15th, 2020. In the case an author has more than one paper accepted, his/her registration accounts only for one paper: different authors must register for the other papers.

After September 15th, 2020, papers without a registered author will not appear in the proceedings.
